1. Information We Collect
Personal Data: Name, email, and phone number for account creation.
Location (Critical): We collect precise location data to allow drivers to find passengers and to calculate the route and ride price. We collect  drivers location data even when the app is in the background.
Payment Data: Processed by secure partners (Stripe). We do not store card data on our servers.
2. How We Use the Information
To connect passengers with drivers.
To calculate prices based on distance.
To ensure safety by allowing trip tracking.
3. Data Sharing
We share your location with the designated driver for your ride.
We use Google Maps API for mapping and geolocation services.
We use Samsara for mapping and geolocation drivers services.
4. Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us via email: ridehbtravel@gmail.com.

5. Data Retention We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
